The Sillite SCRMB is an extremely small 120 volt 15 Amp 3-prong power receptacle, they are easy to install and discreetly hide in any wood location. They are perfect for unique locations, or those situations where you don't want a traditional ugly white outlet. Ships as quantity 3 units. Paintable Outlet Kitchen The Smallest Self Contained Receptacle Made with Paintable Cover The top diameter is a meager 2" in size, and the cutout hole size is only 1.75". The flange that sits on the floor is super thin measuring only .08" thick, this creates an almost flush appearance when installed. The outlet can install in any wood surface that a 1.75" hole can be made, and has 2 1/8" of depth space available. There is an included matching white cover cap you can snap on when the outlet isn't being used to create a clean look when not in use. Optionally the cover cap is paintable allowing it to blend into any surface. With the cover cap installed the thickness is only .14". Easy Installation, No Junction Box Needed! The outlet can be installed in cabinets, islands, baseboards, mantels, window sills, or any wood surface that you can think of. You don't need to cut a large hole for a junction box, the unit is completely self contained with doors that cover the terminals. Simply cut a 1.75" hole, wire up the receptacle, and screw into the wood surface with the included screws and you are done. The outlet can be installed with 12/2 or 14/2 standard wire, the outlets are even daisy-chainable so you can install multiple off of one wire run. The receptacle is tamper resistant meeting NEC code 406.11, the unit is also UL listed.
